Peripheral Network Protocol and Firmware

2025–present

I have gradually developed the protocol up to the current version 1.5: support for CAN, UART, GPIO, general variables, peripheral addressing. Version discovery and remote firmware update.

libsplink library, test client and demo server,
board firmware with STM32 and ThreadX: UART/RS-232, GPIO, I2C, CAN, DHCP, watchdog, remote upgrade with signed images,
unit tests, CI in GitLab, static analysis and generated documentation,
board bring-up and testing, schematic review, deployment at pilot installations.
