Complete Office Equipment Registry

2007–2011

For the Complete Office (O2) network operations centre, I deployed RANCID with web access to the configuration repository and wrote scripts for inventorying IP phones and customer routers.

I designed a database model in PostgreSQL (stored procedures, triggers, archiving, address block allocation) and developed in Python a tool called KKDM, which generated RANCID configuration, DNS zones for BIND, and IPsec keys from the database, and scanned the network topology.
