Rewards – service desk reports

2020–present

I created the first version for CNS in 2020, and in subsequent years I adapted it to changes in the service desk database and added exports to Excel and Power BI as well as monthly PDF reports. In 2025, I developed a new version, Odměny 2, for 420 IT, featuring a REST API, dynamic table, exports to CSV and XLSX, and an overview of uninvoiced activities.
